HART Test Bench 1.2.1 released. October 2011

Version 1.2.1 of the HART Test Bench has been released. This version contains corrections on test scripts plus some new test scripts. Now you can also test IO Systems and HART Slaves connected using a UDP HART over IP server.

HPAL 2.0 released. Juli 2011

Our HART Slave Protocol Stack and HART Application Layer products are merged now into HPAL version 2.0.

 

HPAL 2.0 is conform HART version 7. For example it now offers Smart Data Publishing and Event Notification.

HPS 1.4 and HPAL 1.1 Released. 21 September 2009

We released HPS, our HART Slave Protocol Stack, version 1.4. This version adds support for an analog channel (Loop Current).

 

We also released HPAL, our HART Application Layer, version 1.1. This version adds support for:

  • Transducer serial numbers.
  • An analog channel (Loop current).
  • Support for Block Transfer.

Adds implementation of the following HART commands:

  • 34 Write PV Damping Value
  • 43 Set Primary Variable Zero
  • 44 Write PV Units
  • 45 Trim Loop Current Zero
  • 46 Trim Loop Current Gain
  • 49 Write Primary Variable Transducer Serial Number

Release of HPS 1.3 5 November 2008

ATEX Notification August 2006

On August 23rd 2006 KEMA Quality has done the initial ATEX audit of Exalon Delfts quality system.

 

With the setup of her ISO9001:2000 quality system (2005) and ATEX Notification (2006) Exalon Delft can now offer to it's clients to develop, produce and market Cat 1 en 2 Ex i products.

New Office August 2005

One and a half years after it's birth Exalon Delft had grown out of space and moves per 17th August to the Radex Innovation Centre, Rotterdamseweg 183 C, Delft.

The Radex Innovation Centre is a "Shared Facility" building with Reception/ Secretary/ Meeting facilities for young and start-up knowledge intensive companies. The direct neighborhood of the  TU Delft and other knowledge intensive companies is of course a big plus.

The new location will enable an even better service to our customers and also allow us to expand our staff in the near future.

Exalon Delft completes independent assessment for VeriFone April 2004
VeriFone is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of payment terminals. A large oil company wishes to use the VeriFone OMNI 3600W in Zone 2. Verifone was asked to get an independent assessment according to regulations IEC60079-15 (Ex n) and advice on marking and documentation. By mutual agreement with the oil company Exalon Delft was retained to asses the terminal. As a result the oil companies pilot project could be started on schedule.
