Exalon Delft's ATEX Notification has been extended by DEKRA Certification.

The scope of our QAN/QAR for explosion safe products has been expanded from Ex i (intrinsic safety) to include Ex e (increased safety) and Ex t (dust protection). See our ATEX page.

Introducing the Exalon UGE-207

With pride we announce the introduction of our new product the UGE-207-Connect.

The UGE-207-Connect is a versatile Gauge Emulator that seamlessly connects 4-20 mA, HART or Modbus instruments to the robust Honeywell-Enraf BPM fieldbus. Integration of the instrument data into the Honeywell-Enraf CIU Tank Gateway is greatly simplified by emulating the Honeywell-Enraf GPU protocol.

TThe UGE-207-Connect is specifically designed for LPG bullet tank, additive tank and process tank applications, supporting relevant tank data for radar level gauge, single spot average product and vapor temperature and vapor pressure transmitters.

The ATEX certificate of our X62T Universal Tank Thermometer Interface has been updated to the current standard. We also extended the certificate with the X59T.

Both the X62T as well as the X59T are now also IECEx certified.

Exalon Partner Event 2024, celebrating 20th years of innovation.

In March, we had the pleasure of hosting our annual Exalon Partner Event once again. Partners active in the global oil & gas tank gauging industry joined us for this special occasion. Our Partner Event serves as a unique platform where we unveil our latest developments, exchange ideas for new products, and give our Global Partners the chance to share their experiences with Exalon products.

Moreover, it was a joyous moment as we celebrated our 20th anniversary together.

UCI-108 2.1.1 released

We proudly announce the availability of UCI-108 firmware release 2.1.1.

This version introduces numerous new features, enhancing the versatility and usability of the UCI-108. The key features include:

• Simplified setup with the use of menu selections. The menu displays only the relevant settings for the selected mode, making configuration user-friendly and minimizing errors.
• Enhanced Modbus tunnel feature with added filter functions and increased maximum Modbus message length, making the UCI-108 Modbus tunnel application even more versatile.
• Expanded message monitoring function provides greater insight into message flow on the various host and field ports. Message type (GPU, Flexconn, or Modbus), port number, and whether it is a query or response message are displayed, making it ideal for diagnostic purposes.

The UCI-108 is a multi purpose Bi-Phase Mark (BPM) communication interface supporting the Enraf GPU/Flexconn protocol.

The UCI-108 is the most flexible solution in the tank gauging industry to create, extend and improve the quality of the BPM fieldbuses.

Recently Exalon Delft hosted successfully their latest edition of the Exalon Partner Event, bringing together partners from around the world active in the oil & gas tank gauging industry.
